Bus 392: How to book tickets and pay

At this time the Suvarnabhumi Burapha Bus company can only accept payments for tickets by credit card online, via the www.paysbuy.com service, or via direct bank deposit or ATM or Internet Bangkok transfer for Thai Residents. You can find details for both options on our booking confirmations.

Booking bus tickets online and obtaining them

Booking bus tickets online is required to ensure that you will have a seat on bus 392 to Koh Chang, at the time and date of your choosing. To do so, we ask you to fill out our form on the Suvarnabhumi to Koh Chang Bus Booking page. After we receive this booking, we will respond with a confirmation by return e-mail, usually within 18 hours, in which we will request an online payment.

Once you receive our confirmation message and follow the link in that to (successfully) pay for the tickets online, your booking will become a reservation. If time allows for it, we will then send you a voucher via e-mail after 2 or 3 working days. You can use this voucher to exchange it for actual bus tickets at our bus ticket booth at Suvarnabhumi airport on the ground floor of the airport terminal (not the bus terminal), right next to (outer)door number 8, or at the bus stations on Ko Chang. If you arrive to the airport bus terminal direct (ie. by taxi or car) you can also exchange the voucher with the bus driver. We are working to speed up the entire process, but it may take a while to do so safely.

Last minute bookings

As we are still in the process of tweaking our booking system, we currently do not offer an automated way in which you can buy bus tickets online for arrival within the next couple of days.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the small fare, all tickets purchases are strictly non-refundable. International bank charges are usually double of that of the cost of a ticket and only accidental double payments via credit card can be reversed. Only if there is a large number of tickets purchased in a single batch, you can contact our offices to discus possible other options.

Arrivals and Delays

Note that the buses will have to leave on schedule at all times. Requests to wait a few minutes, even if made aboard the airport shuttle bus to the Suvarnabhumi bus terminal, can not be honored. Typically, it takes 1 hours from the plane to the shuttle bus and from there 15 minutes to the bus station, so make sure that your arrival time allows for that plus some time for unforeseen delays. However, currently our buses are allowed to drive up to the Aiport terminal building itself, to collect passengers from in front of door number 8 on the ground floor.
